An operative of the Sokoto EFCC Northwest Command who begged for anonymity said that, the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Zamfara on-line Television (Thunder blower) Anas Sani Anka is still being investigated by the commission. " I can assure the general public that he will soon appear in Court to face justice like his boss the former Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Gusau Professor Magaji Garba who is currently serving 35 years jail term for the financial fraud he committed while in office.

"We have officially received about four petitions from Professor Magaji Garba Families and friends on how their breadwinner the former Vice Chancellor was hastily tried and jailed leaving his accomplice Anas Sani Anka breathing the air of Freedom" Said EFCC operative.

Some of the former Vice Chancellor Family members leaked the petition against Anas Sani Anka to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC reads,"In fact, We the family Members of the imprisoned former FUGUS vice Chancellor are Calling on the Commission the EFCC to Checkmate Anas Sani Anka's roles as the Project desk officer of the University when our Uncle was the Vice Chancellor" 

Another leaked petition against Anas Sani Anka alleged to have originated from the former Vice Chancellor Family Members also begged the EFCC to investigate and inform the general public on how he Anas Sani Anka got N100,000,000 worth of Poultry farm with more than 40 pieces of Commercial Tricycles apart from Landed properties within and outside Zamfara State.

Anas Sani Anka was severally accused for Corruption when he was the project desk officer during the tenure of the former Vice Chancellor professor Magaji Garba who is now serving 35 years Jail term in Correctional facilities after Justice Maryam Hassan Aliyu of Abuja Federal Higher Court in 2021 found him guilty of a five count Charges bothering on Corruption and financial fraud.
