GOVERNOR MATAWALLE MOURNS STATE LAWMAKER HON. IBRAHIM MUHAMMAD NA’IDDA


 Governor Bello Muhammad MON (Matawallen Maradun) has received with shock the news of the demise of Hon. Ibrahim Muhammad Na’idda, a Member Zamfara State House of Assembly Representing Gusau 1 Constituency.

Hon. Ibrahim Na’idda who is 67 year old, died in the early hours of today at the Federal Medical Center Gusau after a protracted illness.

A disciplined financial officer while in active service who until his retirement was in charge of the Treasury Department of the State’s Ministry of Finance was known to have no tolerance for corruption but peaceful in nature.

Believed to be the Oldest Member in the current State Assembly, Hon. Ibrahim Na’idda was a father figure whom colleagues revered with outmost respect.

A father of 26 and many grandchildren with four wives, Na’idda was a respected family man in his community whom people looked up to for guidance in their family affairs.

Governor Matawalle said that the vacuum left by the lost of this rare gentleman could not be easily filled in his immediate community, the State House of Assembly, Gusau Emirate and the entire State at large.

“We are deeply grieving for the fact that this lost is irreplaceable and its effect will be felt for a long time.”
Governor Matawalle noted.

“On behalf of myself, my family and the entire People of Zamfara state, I extend our condolence to the family of Honorable Ibrahim Muhammad Na’idda and indeed, the entire People of Gusau Emirate who will surely miss him for his peaceful, loving and caring attributes”, the Governor announced.

May his soul rests in Jannatul Firdaus. Amin.
