Abuja the Nigeria’s capital has started filling up with political tugs and street urchins, mobilised from Zamfara and other Northwestern Nigeian states along with their counterparts from the North Central for a mass protest calling for the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The protest which is being organised and Allegedly being sponsored by some PDP stalwarts, is to commenced from the Pavilion Guards at Polo Ground, in Abuja tomorrow, Saturday 13th of August, 2022 at 2:30 pm.
Investigations revealed that the protest is being sponsored by the Zamfara PDP gubernatorial candidate, Dauda Lawal Dare, following his call last week on the President to immediately resign for the failure of his administration to tackle insecurity and corruption.

Further investigations also revealed that the hired thugs from the North Western States of Kano, Jigawa, Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto, Kebbi and Kaduna, will spend night in Kaduna on Friday and proceed to Abuja in the morning on Saturday.
The protest organizers are said to have disguised as Zamfara state stakeholders, having meeting to discuss on issues affecting Zamfara state.
In their invitation notice sighted by one of our sources, the organisers said the meeting is to discuss on issues affecting Zamfara State but it was revealed that they will be sponsoring the proposed protest.

It may be recalled that, Mr Dauda Lawal Dare, in a recent interview with some sections of the press in London, said Buhari failed to deal with the high level corruption and insecurity in the country and called on him to resign, added that he is challenging all the anti-corruption agencies to checkmate his financial strength because according to him, he has nothing to hide only being harassed for leaving the most highly corrupt government of President Buhari political party, the APC.
