Appeal court virdict: jubilations took to the entire Zamfara State streets.


Following the Federal appeal court sitting in Abuja yesterday which declared  the Zamfara State governor Dauda Lawal Dare declaration as illegall and wrongfully done by both the INEC and the elections petition tribunal  Sokoto. However, thousands of Zamfara State from the the 14 local governments in the State the occupied major streets Chanting differents songs in Hausa, " Allah yadawomuna da abinda mukazaba" meaning " God Almighty has finally through Court   answered our prayers for bringing us back the man we Voted as our governor.


Access weekly corespondent from Gusau reports that, after yesterday's Appeal court judgement, people in the State,because of joy bought the whole roasted meats for masses to eat to celebrate the exit of Zamfara State governor Dauda Lawal Dare from office who is currently in hiding.


A widow Malama Kulu with 7 orphan's said that, "myself and my four children whose father was killed in his farm 4 months ago ,police on the directive of gov. Dauda evicted all of us from the Houses build by the former governor Matawalle which the Honourable Minister for humanitarian asked us to temporary stay. 


"When Matawalle was in the office as a governor he was accessible and he has been paying our salaries and Cash allocation every month for the smooth running of our heritage institutions, but now we are owing 4 months salaries along with cash allocations from gov Dauda, " A First class Emir who declined to mention his name cries out.


Another highly respected Muslim scholar in the State Said that, " the Masses have really missed gov. Matawalle for extending his hands of fellowship to the Masses every seasons  with foodstuffs especially during Sallah and other festivities.


The reports also indicates that, the 600,000 State civil servants in the State who were sacked by gov.Dauda administration are jubiliating saying " God Almighty had finally answered their prayers.


Nigerians allover  rejoice with Matawlle victory and the Judiciary being the last hope of a common man,.


Former Minister of Aviation and APC Chieftain Femi Dani Kayode, in his congratulatory message to Matawalle, said,:" I commend the panel of judges and the Judiciary generally for having the courage to do the right and proper thing and beginning the processs  of returning was stolen mandate to it's rightful owner.
