As the health of the former Nigeria petroleum Minister Diezani Alison Maduekwe continue to detrorate in a private London clinic 22 Devonshire Place, London 6JA, for the second emergency Cancer Surgery. The former Minister wrote a will through her Cousin Mr.Tex Tekena Jack pleading with the former Executive Secretary First Bank Nig PLC Mr. Dauda Lawal to in the name of God return back the sum of $9 billion dollars she entrusted to him to Nigerian government when she was the petroleum Minister during the administration of former president Good luck Jonathan.
Reports further revealed that, the ailing former Minister who has been battling with Cancer which now affect her brain confessed to her cousin Mr. Tekena Jack who based in the United Kingdom that, "the Hospital Medical team has told her families members that the surgery about to carry out on the ailing former Minister is 50 50 change of survival begging Nigerian to put Mrs, Maduekwe in to their daily prayers.
"My sister told me that Mr.Dauda Lawal knew everything about her cash and assets, even last two years showed him some written aggreents which they collectively signed but the documents got missing when the London Police invaded her apartment.said Mr Tekena Jack who is now with the Former petroleum Minister Diezani at London clinic.
Mrs Maduekwe was quoted last two years to have confessed the sum of $9 billion dollars she entrusted to Mr Dauda Lawal and now Zamfara State governor Northwest Nigeria.
In 2023 when governor Dauda Lawal was declared the winner of Zamfara State governor, he declared roughly 3trillion as his assets which generate public debate and serious confusion considering the place he worked and his monthly salary.
Mr. Tekena Jack continued in his words that, " My ailing sister told him that Incase she passes away in the process her remains should be buried in her county Nigeria.
