A secret reports reveals that, the sacked Zamfara State governor Dauda Lawal Dare has concluded plans to flee the country with his family members through Niger Republic any time from now for the Fear of EFCC and ICPC for false assets declaration.
A source in Zamfara State government House who begged for his name to remained anonymous said that, " two days to the Appeal court judgement, Dauda Lawal and Commissioner for budget along with the Commissioner for local government and Chieftaincy affairs passed a whole night in governor office putting some dubious documents to order.
The report furthered stated that, part of the reasons why the commissioner for local government and Chieftaincy affairs passed a night in governor office, was to use Zamfara State local government Funds to refund World Bank the sum of three billion Naira Anchor browsers Funds collected by Dauda Lawal to boost Agriculture farming in the State which he diverted for his personal use.
"We have dusted Dauda Lawal three trillion Naira assets declaration form which he filled, signed and submitted to our office, and we are monitoring his movements to arrest him as soon as he lost his immunity to explain to Nigerian on how and where he got such money from," one of the EFCC detective who refused to mention his name said.
